Privacy Policy

Zenomiq Warehouse is operated by Zenomiq Inc. (“Zenomiq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and provides a multichannel selling and warehouse management platform that helps merchants manage inventory and sell across online marketplaces. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you. It applies to our website and to the Zenomiq Warehouse application.

Information we collect

• Account information. Names, email addresses, and credentials of the users who register for and operate a Zenomiq Warehouse workspace.
• Marketplace connection data.When you connect a selling account (for example, Amazon, eBay, or Walmart), we receive and store the authorization tokens needed to access that account’s data on your behalf, along with your seller/merchant identifiers.
• Order and fulfillment data. Order records retrieved from connected marketplaces, which may include buyer-provided information such as a buyer name and shipping address where it is required to fulfill and ship an order.
• Catalog and operations data. Product listings, SKUs and variations, inventory counts and movements, pricing and repricing settings, purchase orders, and shipping label records.

How we use information

We use ordinary service information to operate and improve the service, including to:

• Synchronize orders and inventory between your warehouse and connected marketplaces;
• Create and update marketplace listings and keep stock levels accurate to reduce overselling risk;
• Generate shipping labels and fulfill orders;
• Monitor competitive pricing and apply your repricing rules;
• Provide support, secure the service, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Amazon Information is not used for generalized product improvement, cross-customer analytics, model training, advertising, or Zenomiq's own business insights. It is used only for the Amazon activities the seller authorizes, service security and compliance, and specific legal obligations. Zenomiq does not send Amazon Information—including non-personal Amazon-derived content—to external AI providers.

Marketplace data, including Amazon and Walmart information

The planned public Amazon seller workflow has not launched. If Amazon approves restricted access and Zenomiq activates the workflow after implementing and verifying the required controls, we will access Amazon data only to the extent permitted by the roles a seller authorizes and only to provide the requested features. Buyer name and shipping address from an authorized merchant-fulfilled order will be used only for that order's fulfillment and applicable legal requirements, never for advertising, marketing, or AI training.

Before activating the public restricted-data workflow, Zenomiq will verify encryption coverage and lifecycle deletion for every copy of Amazon personally identifiable information. Consistent with Amazon's Data Protection Policy, that information will be retained only as long as necessary for an authorized purpose and never longer than 30 days after order delivery, except where a longer period is legally required. Amazon-derived non-personal information will be retained for no more than 18 months unless a specific legal requirement requires longer retention; those controls will also be verified before the public Amazon workflow is activated.

Walmart seller data is accessed only with that seller’s authorization and is used only to provide that seller with Walmart Marketplace operations and insights. We logically isolate each seller’s data, do not combine Walmart seller data across customers to create a separate commercial data product, and do not use Walmart data for advertising or marketing. Walmart access is limited to the minimum API scopes required for the enabled features.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

• Hosting and infrastructure. Vercel hosts the public website and browser application frontend. DigitalOcean hosts the backend application compute and managed PostgreSQL database. Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 provides private object storage for product media, import-baseline artifacts, and shipping documents, including Amazon Buy Shipping label PDFs. Any Amazon Information handled by these providers is limited to the seller-authorized workflow, service security and compliance, or a specific legal obligation;
• Connected marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart), to read and write the data you ask us to manage on your behalf;
• Shipping providers. The planned Amazon merchant-fulfilled workflow purchases labels through Amazon Buy Shipping; Zenomiq does not send Amazon buyer information to EasyPost. EasyPost and supported carriers are used only for eligible non-Amazon label purchases. Applicable providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
• Catalog-enrichment providers. When a seller explicitly uses an enrichment feature for eligible non-Amazon content, ordinary non-Amazon product content may be processed by the configured provider, OpenAI or Anthropic. Zenomiq does not send Amazon Information—personal or non-personal, including Amazon-derived catalog, listing, order, pricing, inventory, shipping, or analytics content—to either provider;
• Error monitoring. When enabled, Sentry processes redacted technical diagnostics and is configured not to collect default personal information. Before the public Amazon workflow is activated, Zenomiq will verify that Amazon Information is excluded from monitoring events;
• Payments and account communications. Stripe processes subscription and wallet payments. Configured email or verification providers, including SendGrid or Twilio, process the contact information needed to send account messages. These providers are not given Amazon Information;
• Legal requirements, where disclosure is required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Marketplace authorization tokens use application-level encryption, access is restricted to authorized personnel and processes, and each customer workspace's data is logically isolated from others. The planned public Amazon workflow has not launched; before activation, Zenomiq will verify encryption, deletion, access, and monitoring controls for every in-scope copy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Personally identifiable information from order data is retained only as long as needed to fulfill the order and for the limited retention period described above. You may disconnect a marketplace account at any time from your workspace settings to revoke future access and initiate the applicable deletion workflow. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Your choices

You can review and update your account information, connect or disconnect marketplace accounts, and request access to or deletion of your data. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
