Getting started with Zenomiq Warehouse
From an empty workspace to controlled marketplace synchronization. Each step below matches the setup checklist you see inside the product.
Setup, step by step
- 1
Create your workspace
Sign up with your business name, work email and phone number. We verify both before the workspace is created, then you land on a setup checklist that tracks what is done and what is left.
- 2
Set up your warehouse
Create your first location, then add zones, shelves, bins and containers to match your building. Print QR labels for anything you want to scan later. Set your SKU generation rules before you add stock so numbering stays consistent.
- 3
Add your inventory
Receive stock through a receiving session — scan a barcode and the item is built from our catalog with title, specifics and images, or type items in by hand at no cost. Assign each item to a bin as you go.
- 4
Connect a marketplace
Authorize your marketplace account from Settings, Integrations. Zenomiq never asks for your marketplace password — you sign in on the marketplace and approve access there.
- 5
Create the onboarding baseline
Before a supported import, we capture a checksum-verified inventory-and-identity baseline of the active or open listings returned by the channel. You can download it as a manual recovery reference. It is not a complete catalog export or an automatic rollback mechanism, and import cannot start until the baseline completes. This currently supports eBay; Amazon remains unavailable until public approval and control activation.
- 6
Preview and import
Run the import preview to review expected SKU matches, proposed new records, and listings that need your decision. When the preview looks right, authorize the import.
- 7
Review and count
Work the review queue for uncertain matches, then confirm a physical count so the warehouse and channel agree before outbound sync is enabled.
- 8
Turn sync on
Activate the channel to let Zenomiq start updating quantities on your marketplace. Until then, outbound marketplace writes remain disabled.
Marketplace connections
eBay
AvailableAuthorize through eBay's own consent screen. We import active listings, sync quantities and prices, pull orders, and push tracking numbers back. Item specifics, category mapping and competitive repricing are supported.
Amazon
Pending public approvalThe initial US integration is undergoing required control implementation and verification for existing-ASIN Product Listing offers, Pricing, Inventory and Order Tracking, read-only Amazon Fulfillment inventory, and Direct-to-Consumer Shipping. The planned public workflow has not launched and remains contingent on Amazon approval.
Poshmark
AvailablePoshmark has no seller API, so Zenomiq ingests order notifications by email to keep sales and inventory in step. Labels supplied by Poshmark are recorded against the order.
Walmart Marketplace
Pending program approvalThe integration is built and tested. We are completing Walmart's solution provider review before enabling it for customers.
TikTok Shop
Pending program approvalThe integration is built, including shop authorization and de-authorization handling. We are completing TikTok Shop's partner review before enabling it for customers.
Shopify and Etsy
PlannedNext on the roadmap after Walmart and TikTok Shop.
How we protect your marketplace data
Zenomiq never asks for your marketplace username or password. You authorize us on the marketplace's own consent screen, and the resulting access tokens use application-level encryption. You can disconnect at any time, from either side.
Every business on Zenomiq gets a separate tenant database schema, and application access controls enforce tenant-scoped catalog, order, and customer data access. The planned public Amazon workflow has not launched. Zenomiq is implementing and verifying encryption, deletion, access, and monitoring controls for every in-scope copy before activating that workflow. Other marketplace data is handled according to the applicable marketplace policy.
Before a supported import, we store a checksum-verified inventory-and-identity baseline of the active or open listings returned by the channel. You can download it as a manual recovery reference. It is not a complete marketplace export and is not an automatic replay or rollback mechanism.
AI enrichment is limited to eligible non-Amazon content. Zenomiq does not send Amazon Information—personal or non-personal—to external AI providers.
