Seller authorization
Sellers connect through Amazon's authorization flow. Zenomiq does not ask for or store Seller Central passwords and acts only for the selling account that granted access.
Features
Zenomiq Warehouse is a warehouse management system and a multichannel commerce platform in one product — designed to reduce unintended listing changes with a verified onboarding baseline and import preview before changes are authorized.
Warehouse management for real shelves and bins: receive stock by scanning, pick and pack against printed documents, and count without shutting the floor down.
Model your building the way it actually is. Containers can nest inside other containers — a tote inside a pallet inside a bay — while closure and movement events provide an auditable location history.
Print QR labels for bins, shelves and containers, then scan one with the mobile app to see everything inside it. New staff find stock without asking anyone.
Run receiving as a session: scan items in, build drafts, capture photos where your process requires them, resolve missing product data, then finalize clean inventory. Workflow scans are recorded.
Scan a barcode to populate title, specifics, and images from the configured catalog, with AI assistance for eligible non-Amazon content. Manual entry is unmetered.
A ready-to-pick queue, suggested pick bins with fallbacks printed on the slip, and packing documents in the format your printer wants: 4x6 or 4x8 thermal, Letter, A4 or A5, slips and labels together or apart.
Count bin by bin while the warehouse keeps running. Variances become auditable inventory events rather than silent corrections.
Define the SKU format your business uses — prefixes, sequences, per-category rules — and let the system generate them. Merge duplicates, split variations, re-SKU when your scheme changes.
Host, deduplicate, and crop product images, with AI upscaling limited to eligible non-Amazon content; then assign approved media to products and supported channel listings from the same place you manage stock.
Grade items as new, used, or refurbished with condition notes available to supported channel workflows that accept them.
Connect supported marketplaces, create a verified inventory-and-identity baseline, preview imports, and coordinate quantities across enabled channel workflows.
Before a supported eBay onboarding import—and for Amazon only after public approval and control activation—Zenomiq saves a checksum-verified inventory-and-identity baseline of the active or open listings returned by that channel. The downloadable baseline is a manual recovery reference, not a complete catalog export or automatic rollback, and import is blocked until it exists.
A preview summarizes expected SKU matches, proposed new records, and listings that need a human decision. The preview does not write marketplace or inventory changes; an authorized user starts the import.
Listings auto-link only on an exact SKU match. Anything less certain — a UPC that matches a different SKU, a listing with no identifier — waits in a review queue for you to confirm, merge, or link by hand.
New connections start read-only. Outbound marketplace writes remain disabled until you confirm a physical count and enable sync. You can pause outbound sync for individual or supported connected channels.
Per channel: hold back a stock buffer, list a percentage of stock, cap the quantity shown, or split stock across marketplaces. Sales from supported connected channels update the shared availability used by enabled sync workflows.
Pull orders in, match lines to inventory, reserve stock, print labels, and send shipment updates where the connected marketplace and enabled workflow support them.
eBay is available with listing, order and inventory support. The initial US Amazon integration is undergoing required control implementation and verification for existing-ASIN offers, pricing, inventory, orders, read-only FBA inventory and merchant-fulfilled shipping; the planned public workflow has not launched and remains contingent on Amazon approval. Poshmark is supported through order ingestion. Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop are built and pending marketplace program approval. Shopify and Etsy are planned.
AI assistance for eligible non-Amazon photos and listing data, with reviewable suggestions for listing quality and completeness. Amazon Information is not sent to external AI providers.
Build bundles and multi-variant listings out of inventory you already hold. AI suggestions are limited to eligible non-Amazon content.
For eligible non-Amazon content, AI uses product photos and existing data to suggest titles and item specifics. Amazon Information is not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or another external AI provider, and users review suggestions before publishing.
Listings are scored for completeness and quality, problems are explained in plain language, and each one comes with a suggested fix you can apply.
Category suggestions, cached marketplace aspects and a review queue for anything the system is not confident about.
Track competing prices, set floors, margins and rules, and let the repricer work within limits you set, with recorded price-change history and reasons.
The surrounding work that keeps a warehouse moving.
For eligible non-Amazon orders, buy labels at live carrier rates from a prepaid wallet with optional auto-recharge. Amazon Buy Shipping, after approval and activation, is charged by Amazon to the seller account and does not use the Zenomiq wallet.
Manage suppliers, raise purchase orders, track costs and receipts, and import purchase data from spreadsheets so buying decisions feed pricing and stock health.
Schedule the repeatable work — order syncs, inventory snapshots, listing refreshes, pricing runs, media processing — in your warehouse's own timezone.
Long-running work reports progress in the interface instead of leaving you guessing, and failures explain themselves.
Multi-user from day one, with the access controls and audit trail a growing operation needs.
Owner, administrator, manager, warehouse staff and viewer roles, with scoped permissions for channel operations, billing and settings. Warehouse floor logins are unmetered on the published plans.
Access-control changes and selected administrative actions are recorded with the acting user and time. Broader restricted-data monitoring is being completed before the public Amazon workflow is activated.
Verified signup, a 12-character complexity policy, optional authenticator-app two-factor authentication with backup codes, lockout after repeated failures, and expiring invitations for new team members.
Each business gets an isolated database schema. Zenomiq is completing encryption, deletion, and monitoring verification for each in-scope restricted-data copy before activating the public Amazon workflow.
A versioned REST API with a published contract, available on Pro and above, for connecting your own systems.
Run a fulfillment business for other brands on the same platform, with the client separation and billing records that requires.
Each client gets scoped logins and permissions for its own stock and orders, on top of the isolation model that separates businesses on the platform.
Canonical unit records across client inventories keep ownership explicit and make reconciliation queryable instead of spreadsheet-based.
Storage, handling and shipping activity are recorded per client as separate usage and charge ledgers — the raw material for invoicing them accurately.
Supported client channels use the same baseline-first onboarding controls, included rather than billed as an extra integration per client. Today that baseline supports eBay; Amazon remains unavailable until public approval and control activation.
Amazon Selling Partner integration
Required control implementation and verification are in progress for seller-authorized use. The planned public workflow has not launched and remains contingent on Amazon approving Zenomiq's developer profile and Selling Partner Appstore listing.
Sellers connect through Amazon's authorization flow. Zenomiq does not ask for or store Seller Central passwords and acts only for the selling account that granted access.
Match warehouse SKUs to existing Amazon ASINs, check eligibility, create or revise seller offers individually or in a batch, update price and quantity, end offers, and diagnose submission errors. Zenomiq does not create new Amazon catalog products.
Read competitive offer and Featured Offer signals and, when a seller enables repricing, apply seller-defined floors, ceilings, and rules to controlled offer updates. Featured Offer placement is not guaranteed.
Import merchant-fulfilled orders, reserve warehouse stock, synchronize sellable quantity after seller activation, and support picking and packing.
Read Fulfillment by Amazon inventory so sellers can view FBA and merchant-fulfilled availability alongside their own warehouse stock. This view is read-only and does not set FBA quantities or fulfillment settings.
If Amazon approves restricted access and Zenomiq activates the workflow after implementing and verifying the required controls, Zenomiq will request buyer name and shipping address only for an authorized merchant-fulfilled order's picking, packing, Amazon Buy Shipping label purchase, and shipment, never for advertising, marketing, or AI training. Zenomiq does not send Amazon Information—personal or non-personal—to OpenAI, Anthropic, or another catalog-enrichment provider.
Fourteen days, no card. Connect a supported channel and review the checksum-verified inventory-and-identity baseline of active or open listings before import begins. Amazon remains unavailable until public approval and control activation.
