Zenomiq Warehouse

One Warehouse. Connected Channels.

Zenomiq Warehouse is a SaaS operating system for multichannel sellers: warehouse management, marketplace listing control, order fulfillment, pricing intelligence, procurement, media operations, and AI-assisted enrichment in one connected platform.

Zenomiq AI Automation Intelligence

Built around the real flow of inventory

From purchase order to packed shipment, the operational record stays connected.

Most sellers end up operating from several half-connected systems: a marketplace dashboard here, a spreadsheet there, shipping somewhere else, and warehouse notes living in people's heads. Zenomiq replaces that fragmentation with a single workflow where physical inventory, online listings, and operational decisions update together.

1Buy and receive inventory from suppliers
2Scan items into bins, containers, and locations
3Create or enrich product and SKU records
4Review and publish changes supported by each connected marketplace
5Sync available quantity across supported connected channels
6Reserve, pick, pack, label, and ship orders
7Review performance, pricing, and listing quality
8Automate the repeatable work in the background

Comprehensive warehouse and channel capabilities

Zenomiq is designed as an operating layer, not a reporting skin. Each module updates the same inventory and product truth so operators can move quickly without creating cleanup work for the next person.

Warehouse structure

Model real operations with warehouses, zones, locations, bins, containers, and storage targets. Keep SKU records tied to physical places your team can find, scan, move, audit, and ship from.

Receiving and scanning

Run receiving sessions from purchase orders, bins, or quick intake workflows. Operators can scan barcodes, create draft items, capture images, resolve missing product data, and finalize clean inventory.

Inventory source of truth

Track on-hand, reserved, available, and channel-linked quantities from one warehouse record. Recorded sales, movements, receipts, and corrections become auditable inventory events.

Marketplace listing control

Import, create, link, and manage listings across supported marketplace workflows. For Amazon, the planned initial US workflow is limited to creating or revising seller offers for existing ASINs; Zenomiq does not create new Amazon catalog products.

Cross-channel sync

Reduce overselling risk by pushing available-quantity changes to supported linked listings after sales, receiving, corrections, and scheduled sync jobs.

Orders and fulfillment

Sync marketplace orders, reserve stock, match order lines to inventory, print shipping labels, and move work from ready-to-pick through packing and shipment.

AI listing enrichment

Use AI-assisted workflows to improve eligible non-Amazon titles, item specifics, product descriptions, categorization, variation structure, and listing readiness. Amazon's offer-only workflow does not send Amazon Information to external AI providers or publish catalog titles, descriptions, images, or item specifics.

Pricing and repricing

Use competitive signals, cost data, floor prices, margin rules, markdowns, and offer settings to make smarter pricing decisions without losing operational control.

Procurement planning

Manage suppliers, purchase orders, item costs, MSRP, receipt status, and supplier-linked catalog data so buying decisions flow into pricing and inventory health.

Product media operations

Capture, upload, organize, deduplicate, crop, enhance, and assign images to products and channel listings from the same place operators manage inventory.

Optimization intelligence

Surface listing problems, funnel issues, category gaps, stale data, image coverage problems, and enrichment opportunities in workflows built for action.

Access and governance

Give teams the right permissions for warehouse work, channel operations, billing, settings, support sessions, and platform administration.

AI plus automation

Workflows that keep improving the operation.

Zenomiq uses automation for repeatable synchronization and AI for judgment-heavy enrichment tasks. The goal is not to hide operations in a black box; it is to give teams cleaner recommendations, better defaults, and faster execution.
